"Called to cancel my policy, they answered and said they were going to cancel it. Checked a week later, and it was not canceled. How can you lie to your clients like that? I been emailing too to cancel but they won't do it. At this point who do I contact for help?"

"I am honestly so upset at how the issues I’ve had here have been handled. I did a swap months ago last year, got quoted a certain rate that I agreed to. Mind you, whole time I’m having issues as my old vehicle is showing and they keep trying to charge me for that one. Policy renewal comes & my old vehicle (which is long gone) shows up again and they’re charging me that amount. I’ve been told repeatedly that they need a bill specialist to review my account, was told to wait on payment, and I never got told what my new rate would be until I got an email that my balance was over $500. Then they want to charge me late fees although I’m being told to wait on payment? No accountability, I reached out more than a couple of times to get an update and no one would get back to me. I would’ve never agreed to the new rate they’re trying to charge me when other insurance companies were offering me a lesser rate. At least let my policy go without a balance and we can call it but no! Stay away from this company"

"I will not recommend this place at all. They havent fixed my problem since april. They are been charching me different amount every month. All of a sudden i owe 538.00 it was going up until it went up to 809.00. Ridiculus. When I am giving payment every month. What really upset me, was that Celina was the one that sold me the policy, and she just passed the problem to Yesenia, since she couldnt do anytning, they transferred to Angie. Up to today November nothing have been resolve. Being a big company cant believe comoany process everything so slow. I paid the 538 to see if that will fixed the problem. Well i guess it got worst. I will start looking for another insurance before i get crazy. Not recommend it at all. Horrible horrible"
